16 channel SBUS to PWM or PPM signal converter (programmable)

This 16 channel SBUS to PWM or PPM signal converter is an ideal device if you need to convert a SBUS receiver output to 16 PWM servos or to a PPM signal.

This decoder is fully programmable. Thanks to this, you can assign any output channel to any SBUS input channel. You can also assign 1 sbus channel to multiple pwm output pins.

Default it maps SBUS channels 1 – 16 to PWM channels 1 – 16. If you want to change it, you need a FTDI adapter and the free windows software s.BUS Decoder Configurator.

This module can convert input signals in the following ways:

• Input a SBUS signal and simultaneously output PWM and PPM signals.
• Input a SBUS signal and output 16 PWM signals (configurable by windows gui)

Accepted input signals:

SBUS (including futaba-R6008 and before 6008, FrSky, etc.). Futaba 7008 and newer receivers are not supported due too the revised SBUS signal from these receivers.

How to connect this module to your PC using FTDI

• Connect PC_EN pin to GND to enable PC Setting mode
• Connect TX of the SBUS to PWM converter to RX of your FTDI adapter
• Connect RX of the SBUS to PWM converter to TX of your FTDI adapter
• Connect VCC of your FTDI to the SBUS to PWM converter (Voltage of 5V ! )
• Connect GND of your FTDI tot the SBUS to PWM converter
• Open the software and connect to the COM port of your FTDI adapter. Program your Module!
